2025 Registration Fees

  • 20 x 40 Space: $250.00
  • Extra Contest Bags (Each team recieves two bags of swag in their registration fee.): $30.00
  • Premium Space (20 x 40): $100.00
  • Sausage Category: $20.00
  • People's Choice (pork butt, this event will be held on Friday evening): $20.00
  • Prepaid Ice Card (5 bags of 20lb Ice): $20.00 (Ice at the event will be available for $5 each, cash only.)
  • Trash Can and Service at Site: $20.00
  • Johnny on the Spot (for private use only, placed in your spot): $125.00

Auxiliary Contests

Cooks can choose to join two auxiliary contest in addition the four sanctioned KCBS competitions. 

  • Sausage: KCBS rules apply. Turn it is on Saturday at 2:00pm.
  • People's Choice: NEW THIS YEAR! Teams will be asked to turn in pork (this does not have to be cooked on site). Turn in will be Friday evening. Public judging will take place from 6:00-8:00pm.
