Join world famous Barron of Barbecue, Paul Kirk, in this fun and informative class on grilling healthy. We will have an evening of light, healthy, and delicious grilling as Paul guides us on this clever way of grilling. Chef Paul will also show you how to select healthier ingredients that are low in fat, high in nutrients and full of flavor. You will learn to replace the flavor of fat with tasty marinades and rubs while creating a mouth watering healthier meal that will wow your friends and family. Everyone will enjoy dinner during the class.
